What our clients loved about the property:
“We have lived in the house for over 30 years and it has been a great family home. Our two children were able to walk to both the Primary and Secondary schools in less than 5 minutes, so they were never late, no matter how long they slept in.
We built the two storey extension in 2000 to give me somewhere to work from whilst home during the day and the kids somewhere to do their homework and play in the evenings, initially with their toys then later on, on their Nintendo’s and PlayStation’s giving us some peace to relax and watch the TV upstairs. The downstairs office was custom built to accommodate the BT Broadband, two screens and a few network servers.
The extension became the family area as it is light and spacious and has easy access to the kitchen and dining area, whilst we kept the front room for guests and as a room for complete peace and quiet.
The garden is easy to maintain and the soil drains very well. The back garden has been a football pitch, a badminton court, golf practice area and table tennis arena, as well as camping out side and paddling pool over the years.
We will be sad to leave the house”
