My favourite room in my home is the kitchen/dining area. Having the table present in the kitchen is lovely when having guests as allows you to be present whilst hosting.

I also love having thermostats that I can set timers on, for both upstairs and downstairs. As someone who is always cold I can time these to come on just as I finish work without wasting money all day!
