Step 3
All out marketing
We will advertise your property on the Batchelor’s website and all major property websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla & On the Market. We’ll also promote it to our own database with thousands of potential buyers and across our social media channels.

Step 5
Seal the deal
Conclude the transaction – Following the receipt of offers, we will guide you through the process and collaborate with the buyer’s solicitor to facilitate negotiations for the sale.
Step 6
The legals
We will ensure all solicitors and potential surveyors are instructed and booked in. They will also provide regular updates on progress and supply your date of entry.
Step 7
Completing your sale
When all the paperwork and legal conveyancing are complete, contracts will be exchanged for the completion of your house sale. This is when a key handover will be arranged through us, and you move out of your property and into your new home.
